Day 1: Delhi
Pickup from Delhi Airport, and transfer to hotel. Delhi, India’s capital is an exciting ,busy and at times chaotic but mostly interesting with tons of historic sights , museum and galleries , and endless bazaars. There is more to see and do than you could possibly fit in during your time here.
Day 2, 3 & 4: Corbett National Park
Backing onto the forest-covered slopes of the Himalayan foothills, Corbett is one of India’s finest national parks. Noted for its rich and varied wildlife including Bengal tiger, Asian elephant, species of deer, leopard, langur, wild boar and birdlife, Corbett offers scenic charm and magnificent
landscapes. The place is paradise for wildlife enthusiast.
Day 5: Travel to Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary
This place is a paradise for bird lovers. This beautiful wet land has now a protected sanctuary , attracting many spices of birds, many of which are migratory coming from as far a central Asia for nesting.
Day 6: Travel to Kanha
Morning excurcion inside the park with a local ornithologist to Sight many of its residential and migratory birds. Afternoon drive to Delhi to catch a sleeper train to Kanha Nation Park.
Day 7 & 8: Kanha
Continuing on through spectacular countryside to Kanha National Park. Rudyard Kipling based his tale on the wildlife of Kanha, home to those famous childhood characters - Shere Khan the Tiger, Baloo the Bear, Bagheera the Panther and the formidable Rock Python Kaa. This protected
wildlife reserve is arguably one of the best places to spot the endangered tiger in the wild.
Day 9 & 10: Pachmarhi
Optional morning safari inside the game reserve. Travel to scenic Hill station of Pachmarhi situated in satpura mountains.
Day 11 & 12: Tadoba Tiger Reserve
Track the last surving tigers in remote Todoba tiger reserve. We stay in a lovely Jungle lodge run by environmental scientist Mr Amrut , situated right on the edge of the forest. Take morning and evening game drives inside in search of Tiger and its subjects.
Day 13: Travel to Mumbai
After morning safari in the game park we drive back to Nagpur to catch an overnight train to India’s commercial and entertainment capital Mumbai.
Day 14: Mumbai
Explore this fascinating bustling city, Catch a ferry to Elephata caves, Shoot a picture of the Gateway to India, , wonder in the markets of Colaba or head out for the fort area in hunt of India colonial architecture heritage..
Day 15: Tour end
